As a Money Runner, you’ll help keep things running smoothly between the Accounting team and the Bar during the convention. You’ll handle small but important cash transfers, providing change when needed and safely collecting excess funds when the cash amount exceeds a set limit. These runs take place at specific times agreed upon with the Accounting team, ensuring everything stays secure and organized.
You’ll work primarily with the Bar team during the convention and the Head of Accounting right before and during the event to coordinate timing and handovers.
You’ll make approximately 10 money runs per convention. Each run is short and straightforward, and the total number may vary depending on the team’s size and availability. Outside of these runs, you’re free to enjoy the event!
