Somewhere between the first hello and the last dance, Flüüfff becomes that rare thing: a place that feels like coming home. And that only works when there are people behind the scenes dedicated to keeping the fire warm, the vibe friendly, and the whole thing running smoothly.
If you would love to help build that kind of furry convention (as staff or as a volunteer), we would love to hear from you.
Saw a role you liked? Fill in the linked form or contact us if you're unsure where you'll fit and give us the quick version of you: who you are, what you would love to help with, and what kind of role fits your energy.
We take a look, sanity-check the fit, and share it with the right team. We might reach out for a short video-call, just to meet you properly and make sure everyone’s aligned.
If it’s a match, we will set everything up to welcome you into the team. And if it’s not the right fit right now, we will still reach out to let you know.
We will have an onboarding call or chat to show you the ropes, answer your questions, and properly welcome you to the Flüüfff team.
Want to lend a paw during the convention? Whether you’re helping set up the stage, taking a shift at the bar, or supporting attendees, volunteers are a vital part of the Flüüfff experience.
No long-term commitment required — just your time, your presence, and your support before or during the event.
Every great game comes with a guidebook! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions, from registration and badges to what you can expect once you spawn in. Still stuck? Just reach out, our support team is always happy to help you find the right cheat code.
Visit our Staff & Volunteering page for all the details on open roles and how to apply. You can also reach out directly to the HR department at hr@fluufff.org.
Yes, you’re welcome to apply for multiple roles if they interest you. Just be mindful of the time commitment listed for each position (especially around the event dates) so you don’t overextend yourself.
Some roles require on-site presence during the convention, but others (especially in the lead-up) can be done remotely. Each job post clearly states whether the role is remote, on-site, or hybrid.
Absolutely. You can submit a spontaneous application or apply as a general volunteer by sending an email to hr@fluufff.org. We’ll get in touch to explore what might be a good fit based on your interests, skills, and availability.
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your application will be reviewed by the department or HR team. If there’s a good fit, we’ll contact you for an informal interview or chat. After that, we’ll let you know if we can move forward and begin onboarding.
