Who you’ll be working with

You’ll regularly coordinate with multiple departments to help get the right information out at the right time.

Time commitment

The PR Deputy role is a year-round supporting role, with workload varying depending on the phase of the convention.

Outside peak periods: Expect a light but regular time investment, mainly focused on keeping an overview, checking in with the team, and supporting ongoing communication. This typically averages a few hours per month.

In the months leading up to the convention: Time commitment increases as announcements, schedules, and coordination intensify. During this period, availability for regular check-ins and timely responses becomes more important.

During the convention: You may assist with last-minute announcements, coordination, or quick decision-making in close collaboration with the Head of PR and other departments.

This role is best suited for someone who can offer consistent availability, even if that availability is limited in time, and who communicates clearly when they are unavailable.
