As Press Liaison, you manage communication between Flüüfff and external media. You act as the primary point of contact for journalists and press, ensuring that accurate, clear, and timely information about the convention is shared.
You help present Flüüfff in a professional, consistent, and approachable way, both before and during the convention.
As Press Liaison, you will:
You don’t need to know everything yourself, but you know who to ask and how to follow up.
This role is mostly active around the convention, with limited but important involvement throughout the year.
Outside of the convention period: Low and irregular time commitment, mainly responding to occasional media requests or preparing press materials.
In the weeks leading up to the convention: Availability increases as press interest grows. Timely responses and coordination become more important.
During the convention: This is the peak period. You may handle incoming media requests, coordinate interviews, and act as a direct contact point on-site.
This role suits someone who can be responsive during peak moments, while communicating availability clearly and responsibly.
