Barman - Bar department
Open for applications
As a member of the Bar team, you’ll help keep our convention-goers refreshed and happy.
Your tasks include preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, soft drinks, and more), keeping the bar area clean and stocked, refilling ingredients and water jugs, washing glasses, and taking or dispatching orders.
You’ll help maintain a welcoming, fun, and relaxed atmosphere behind the bar while keeping things running smoothly.
No prior bar experience is required, we organize a short “How to Bar” training every year at the start of the convention.
All you need is a good attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Our goal is to make sure every staff member feels confident, supported, and part of a friendly crew.

You can stay calm under pressure, taking things one step at a time even when the line grows long.
You like working in a team and keeping a positive vibe behind the counter.
You appreciate a bit of “applied chemistry” and enjoy mixing flavors and ingredients.
You’re reliable, responsible, and not afraid to get your hands a little wet.
You’ll be working with
You’ll be part of a close-knit bar crew, working side by side with other bartenders and the head of the Bar department.
You’ll also have regular contact with Stewards & Safety and other departments during the convention to help coordinate supplies, logistics, and bar service.
Time commitment
This position is only active during the convention, with shifts scheduled throughout the event.
Occasionally, the team may share polls or updates during the year to prepare for the next edition, but otherwise, it’s a con-time commitment only.
