As a Videographer in the PR department, you help capture the atmosphere and highlights of the convention on video. Your footage helps tell the story of Flüüfff through short clips, social media content, and aftermovies.
This role combines on-site filming and creative storytelling, with some optional editing work during or after the convention.
Your responsibilities include:
Capturing video footage of events, panels, shows, and general convention moments
Moving around the conspace to film a wide range of scenes and interactions
Supporting PR with video content for announcements, social media, and aftermovies
You are a creative contributor within the PR department, working closely with the photography team and other creatives to ensure consistent visual coverage.
In this role, you:
Know how to handle a video camera and frame good shots
Preferably have your own video equipment
Can adapt camera settings to different environments (e.g. low light, fast movement, stage lighting, laser effects)
Have experience with video editing software, or are willing to help with editing tasks
Can deliver footage or ready-to-use clips in a timely and organised way
You might be a good fit if
You are fluent in English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French, Dutch, or German.
You enjoy being on the convention floor to capture spontaneous and dynamic moments
You can stay focused while filming panels, shows, or performances
You are comfortable adjusting your approach to different lighting and technical conditions
You enjoy contributing creatively, both during and after the convention
You like working as part of a creative team

This role is mainly active during the convention, with some optional involvement outside the event.
Most filming takes place during the convention itself
