As a Stage Actor in the Entertainment department, you perform as part of stage events during the convention, such as the Opening Ceremony and other scripted moments. You help bring stories, characters, and atmosphere to life on stage for the audience.
This role combines performance, preparation, and collaboration, in the months leading up to the convention and primarily during the event itself.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing on stage during scheduled stage events
Learning and rehearsing scripted text and stage directions
Participating in rehearsals and run-throughs
Contributing to a smooth and professional stage experience
You are a performing member of the Entertainment department, working closely with the creative and technical teams involved in stage productions.
In this role, you:
Are comfortable performing on stage in front of an audience
Are able to deliver text clearly
Learn your lines independently and come prepared to rehearsals
Take direction from scriptwriters, the stage director, and backstage manager
You might be a good fit if
You are fluent in English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French, Dutch, or German.
You have the discipline to learn text on your own
You enjoy being in the spotlight and playing a character on stage
You have a strong, clear speaking voice
You enjoy working creatively with others
