As a Panel Coordinator in the Entertainment department, you help attendees turn their panel or event ideas into reality. You act as a point of contact for panel and event hosts, supporting them before, during, and after the convention.
This role is a mix of coordination, communication, and on-site support, helping ensure that panels and events run smoothly and that hosts feel supported throughout the process.
Your responsibilities include:
Acting as a main point of contact for panel and event hosts
Answering questions and providing guidance before the convention
Supporting hosts with setup and practical needs during the convention
Collecting and sharing feedback after the event
Assisting with official Flüüfff events, such as helping backstage during the Opening Ceremony
You are a supporting and coordinating member of the Entertainment department. You work closely with fellow Panel Coordinators and help bridge communication between hosts and other departments.
In this role, you:
Communicate clearly and professionally with attendees and staff
Are comfortable with social interaction, either one-on-one or in small groups
Use Telegram for day-to-day communication within the team
You might be a good fit if
You are fluent in English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French, Dutch, or German.

Time commitment
This role involves both year-round involvement and peak activity around the convention.
As a department, you will have online meetings roughly once per month to plan, coordinate, and distribute tasks
In the last three months before the convention, contact with panel and event hosts increases
During the convention, you will be active on most convention days
Exact scheduling will be coordinated within the Entertainment department.
