The Flüüfff Logistics team keeps everything moving, literally. You’ll be helping with transport, pickups and deliveries, and making sure materials and equipment get where they need to be. On build-up and breakdown days, that also means loading, unloading, and shifting things around the venue.
You’ll be part of the Logistics department, working alongside your team members during the days surrounding the convention. The ability to lift and carry heavy items is a must. A driver’s licence is a plus, and if you can also handle a van or larger vehicle, even better.
You’ll be part of the Logistics department, but the nature of the role means you’ll cross paths with just about everyone. Logistics touches every part of the convention, so expect to collaborate with other departments regularly, representing the team and making sure their needs are met on the ground.
The role is most active around the convention itself, especially the day before and the day after for build-up and breakdown. Outside of that, you’ll need to be available for team meetings and on standby for transport when needed, so some flexibility throughout the year is important.
