Your role in the team

• You know how to handle a camera and frame good shots.
• Preferably you have your own camera. It is a plus if you also own a laptop with photo editing you can use during the con.
• You can adapt shooting settings to different environments (e.g. low light, fast movement, stage lighting…).
• You have experience with photo editing software, and are willing to help with post processing if needed.

You might be a good fit if

• You are fluent in English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French, Dutch, or German.
• You enjoy being on the convention floor to capture spontaneous and dynamic moments.
• You can stay focused while shooting panels, shows, or performances.
• You are comfortable adjusting your approach to different lighting and technical conditions.
• You enjoy contributing creatively, both during and after the convention.
• You can hold to a schedule and show up on time before events and panels.
• You like working as part of a creative team.
• You can deliver pictures in a timely and organised way after and during the con.

Who you’ll be working with

• The PR photography team.
• Other members of the PR department.
• The Theming department, when visual alignment is needed.

Time commitment

This role is mainly active during the convention, with some optional involvement outside the event. Most photography takes place during the convention itself. You will also will need to be active after the convention to select and edit your pictures.

Exact expectations will be coordinated within the PR department.
