Registration Desk Staff - Registration & Venue department

As Registration Desk Staff, you are part of the front line of the convention. You welcome attendees as they arrive, check them in, hand over their badges and goodies, and help answer any questions they may have.
You play an important role in creating a smooth, friendly, and organised first impression of Flüüfff.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming attendees at the venue
Checking in participants and handling registration details
Distributing badges, wristbands, and goodies
Providing clear information and answering attendee questions
Supporting a smooth and efficient check-in process
You are a supporting and attendee-facing member of the Registration team. You work closely with your team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In this role, you:
Communicate clearly and kindly with attendees
Work accurately with registration systems and basic computer tools
Stay organised during busy check-in moments
Help maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere
Participate in brainstorming on (sponsor) goodies
You might be a good fit if
You are fluent in English. It is a plus if you are also fluent in French, Dutch, or German.

Time commitment
This role is mainly active during the convention.
Your presence is required on the main arrival day (Wednesday)
From Thursday to Saturday, you will have a few standby shifts of a few hours
Shifts are planned together to ensure everyone can still enjoy the convention and has at least one free day
